Anyone have a recommendation for a good chimney sweep in South Seattle?

Is there a market for old (100 yr) quarried sandstone blocks? It's from my old chimney, seems valuable for something... (3 answers)

It seems like it could be used for a BBQ, or ornate stone wall. After almost 100 years, the stone was fine, but the mortar was severely erroded, and made the chimney unsafe. We don't use the fireplace anymore, and it was too costly to repair, so we took it down. Now, I've got a pile of nice blocks, and no idea of what to do with them. Is there a market for such things???

How do you get bats out of you chimney? (3 answers)

I think they get in through th chimney but not sure. We have a animal guard on it but some how they are getting through.
