Region Code

Region codes are what prevent many video games, DVDs, HD DVDs, and Blu-ray Discs from certain areas of the world from working in devices in other regions of the world. 

Content industries created region codes to be able to sell the same product at different prices in different regions of the world.

Why do alot of Region FREE dvd players that are able to play on ANY tv have 4-16MB in them? Do they contain a harddrive?
The Calcium Kid, Orlando Bloom, an English film, all I can find is Region 2. Any ideas on how to obtain a region 1 copy? (Region 1 is US)
