How do I add a language in MS Outlook 2003? (1 answer)

I had lots of computer problems and had to have my hard drive reconfigured. In Outlook 2003, the language for spell checking is French. I want US English, but there are no other languages in the drop down menu. How do I add languages?

In Office 2002 the Word envelope wizard with link to my outlook contacts. In office 2003 it says I need MS Exchange. (1 answer)

In Word 2002 I would just click on the address icon in the envelope wizard and it would automatically open my outlook contacts. My work just put Office 2003 on my machine and now when I do the same thing I get an error message saying my email hasn't been configured and something about needing Microsoft Exchange. I don't want either as I use Thunderbird for email.

Turning of "show codes" in Outlook? (2 answers)

I'm not sure what it is called nowadays but years ago, MS Word had a feature called "show codes", allowing you to see the embedded codes (return, tab, etc) in a doc. Somehow I have enabled this feature in Outlook and cannot turn it off.
