If somebody was to buy a plot of agricultural land and want to grow crops on it or keep animals - but couldn't live there as the majority of their livelihood doesn't come from the land (as says the law), could they build a temporary/permanent building and employ another person to live on the land to look after their crops or animals? Does this get around the law that the person living on the land must make their livelihood from the land? |

I have 16 lots in Toltec Arizona. Does anyone know the market value Arizona land, or who might be interested in buying these properties? I live in Pennsylvania and never get out to see this land. |
