Anyone know names of the models in the Zebra Publishing Calendars. Specifically Tight Ends 2006 & Golf Etiquette 2008 (1 answer)

Looking for the names of the beautiful models that were featured in the Zebra publishing calendars. 2 models were featured in the Tight Ends 2006 calendar a blonde and brunette. The brunette is also featured on the Golf Etiquette 2008 calendar this time with a redhead. All 3 of these beautiful ladies were also featured in other Zebra calendars such as Auto Bodies and Too Hot To Handle and Texas Hold Em. Was hoping someone would recognize them as no names are listed on the calendars.

What are the options for self-publishing and the advantages and disadvantages of these? (3 answers)

I'm thinking of beginning my own publishing company to market my books, but I'm not sure what would be most beneficial or what I should take into account. Options I've considered are: Publish e-Books, and do so through Lulu or iUniverse, or a similar company; Publish through Lulu or some other site and sell the print version; Put my own name on a publishing company and either publish books Print On Demand or via some sort of e-Book software and sell them from my site or via Amazon, etc.

Do you have any experience with 'vanity press,' self-publishing, whatever you call it? If so, can you please give recommendations of what to do, where to go--and what not to do, where not to go?
