Interesting Askville Questions:
I'm going to Paris in a month. I would like to know what adapter people have had good experiences with since this is completely new territory to me. I would be charging my laptop and a digital slr camera.
I bought a ds lite in New York, charged it up and it was fine. Back home I have bought a 3 pin UK ac power adapter, but when i plug it in it goes orange for about 3 mins then the light goes out. In NY it went from orange to green when charged. I have tried my friends charger and it does the same - no green light. When i turn on my ds it goes green, but i am not sure how much it has charged. Basically my question is - Is the ds meant to go green when fully charged, switched off and plugged in? Thanks
im trying to set up wireless for an older laptop. it continues to say that the network cable is unplugged, so i cannot get any connection. but the adapter card is installed and says its working properly. so i was told to just set up the router and try to get the laptop connected that way, instead of the other way around. but my computer's ethernet port is fried and i have to use my westell 6100 modem with the usb port. this works fine, but the router does not have anything for a usb cord. im supposed to plug the computer into the router then into the computer, but i cant plug into the router from the computer because i can only plug into the computer with the usb cable, and the end of the usb cord will not go into the router. is there an adapter i can get for the usb cable to plug into the ethernet port on the router?
